Saddleback Cellars was founded by the first American winemaker to receive a perfect 100-point score on a Napa Valley Cabernet from noted wine critic Robert Parker. Nils Venge didn’t stop at Cabernets–the winery produces a number of well-known varietals, as well as several rare bottlings, like the fragrant Portuguese Verdelho and the floral Italian Vermentino.
