Q: Which Napa Valley wineries do you visit on the tour?

A: These will vary each day based on your individual group’s dynamics. We generally work with smaller, boutique family wineries; but we may also include an iconic brand name winery if we feel the history, quality of wines, or tour experience would be a good match for the group. When you make your reservation, we will ask you some basic questions to help our Napa wine tour guides determine the best type of wineries for your group. Q: Are tasting fees included?

A: No they are not. Because we work with hundreds of wineries, each with their unique pricing and experiences, and the fact that each wine tasting tour is unique to each group, we could not possibly estimate exact costs for each tour in a flat rate. The Napa wineries we have selected are pouring their best wines for our guests; usually 4-5 different wines at each stop. Couples can also share a glass if they wish. Further, most of the wineries will waive the fee, or apply it as a credit, when you purchase a bottle of wine or two. The wine tasting fees will be collected at each stop by the winery.

Q: How much are the wine tasting fees?

A: Wine tasting fees in Napa Valley will range from $15.00 – $35.00 per person. Our tours generally average $25 per person by the end of the day, some more, some less.

Q: What is included in the lunch?

A: Our delicious catered picnic lunches include the freshest ingredients available; this is Wine Country after all! Served “family style” on platters and linen tables, the girl & the fig restaurant creates a wide variety of artisan sandwiches for us, including a vegetarian Portabella Mushroom option. Orzo pasta and Provencal potato salads accompany the sandwiches, along with plenty of bottled water and soft drinks. Finally, the dessert platter is a decadent array of rich chocolate brownie wedges, fig crisps, chocolate chip cookies and mini blueberry pies with walnut streusel topping! Our tour has the best picnic lunch in Napa or Sonoma!

Q: What is the minimum age for this tour?

A: You must be at least 21 years or older to take this tour. Guests who are found to be under age at the time of boarding will be turned away, and No Refunds will be made. Valid ID will be required.

Q: Where do we meet the tour?

A: If you are not staying at one of our Napa Valley Hotels, we can make arrangements at a number of public meeting locations with free public parking near by.
